SYP TCO Glass

TCO (Transparent Conductive Oxide) glass is a clear conductive glass made by uniformly coating a layer of transparent conductive oxide film (mainly including oxides of indium, tin, zinc, and cadmium, as well as composite multi - oxide films) on the surface of flat glass through physical or chemical coating methods.

TCO glass was initially used in flat - panel displays. In recent years, the increase in the price of crystalline silicon has greatly promoted the development of thin - film solar cells. Currently, thin - film solar cells account for more than 10% of the global photovoltaic market share. As an essential part of the front electrode of the battery, the market demand for TCO glass for solar photovoltaics has grown rapidly and has become the leading high - tech coated glass product.

SYP Anti - Reflective Coated Glass (CJF)

The online anti - reflective coated CJF glass independently developed by SYP uses the world - leading online CVD coating technology and has a transparent and durable coating surface. In terms of physical and chemical properties, CJF glass has all the advantages of online coated products.

Features
Hardened Glass Image
  • Using pyrolytic nano - scale transparent and durable coatings, CJF glass has a higher visible light transmittance and reduces light reflection by about 2% compared to ordinary float glass.
  • The coating is stable and durable, easy to process, store, and transport.
  • It can effectively reduce the impact of curtain wall glare.
  • It is especially suitable for application scenarios that require a clear view, such as museums, display windows, exhibition halls, hotels, and stadiums.
  • Improves the photoelectric conversion efficiency of BIPV.

SYP TEC&WG Glass

SYP offers a series of TEC&WG glass products with "thermal control and heating" characteristics. Using NSG's advanced technology, TEC&WG glass has excellent properties such as anti - reflective treatment for enhanced transparency, transmittance, and conductivity. Due to the online coating process, TEC&WG glass provides good electrical conductivity and thermal control and heating performance. TEC&WG glass is an ideal choice for passive condensation control and thermal performance applications, with the lowest thermal conductivity and the clearest visual effect.

Features
Applications

SYP's WG10, WG17, WG250, and WG350 can provide resistances in the range of 7 - 1000Ω/□, which can be selected for electric heating applications with different voltages (220V, 110V, 36V, etc.).

Applications of WG Furniture Glass: Suitable for rear windows of high - end cars, electric heating glass, touch - screen glass, as well as doors of high - end refrigerators, microwave ovens, and ovens.

SYP UVA80 Self - Cleaning Glass

SYP UVA80 is China's first pyrolytic self - cleaning glass. This revolutionary glass actually uses the energy of the sun to clean itself.

SYP UVA80 is applied to the surface of float glass through online chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and is an integral part of the glass surface, with the same lifespan as the glass. SYP UVA80 uses abundant sunlight (even on cloudy days) to keep windows clean in two steps.

  • SYP UVA80 uses sunlight energy through a special self - cleaning surface to loosen dirt and gradually decompose organic residues.
  • When it rains, rainwater forms a water film on the UVA80 surface, removing dust particles and inorganic stains, leaving no water marks after the window dries. In most cases, natural rainfall is sufficient to keep the windows clean. In dry weather, simply spraying with a water pipe can achieve the same effect. SYP UVA80 significantly reduces window cleaning work and provides a clear and bright view.

When using SYP UVA80 correctly, the side with the self - cleaning coating should be installed facing outward on the exterior of the building (Surface #1), whether it is single - pane glass or an insulating glass unit (IGU). The SYP UVA80 surface needs a few days of sunlight exposure to activate.

When combined with SYP Energy Advantage™ low - emissivity glass or SYP Solar - E™ solar - control low - emissivity glass (coating on Surface #3) on the inner pane to form an IGU, it provides an ultimate energy - saving/low - maintenance window solution.
